Job summary

A cultural organization in the UK is seeking a Bookshop Assistant for their bustling gallery. You will provide excellent customer service and maintain knowledge of books and products, ensuring smooth sales transactions. This role requires working weekends and flexibility for holiday cover. Qualifications

• Good knowledge of books and products available in the bookshop.
• Ability to provide a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to cover shifts and provide holiday cover.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers in the Bookshop.
• Ensure smooth transaction of sales and accurate stock maintenance.
• Work weekends and a Friday shift on a rolling basis.
