Job summary

A global security systems firm is seeking a skilled Security Systems Administrator to provide remote operational support for electronic security systems. The role involves system administration, helpdesk support, and routine maintenance for access control and CCTV applications. Ideal candidates will have experience with enterprise-level security systems, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Training will be provided as necessary. This position offers opportunities to work with international teams across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in both access control and CCTV security systems.
• Experience deploying and/or supporting security systems.

Responsibilities

• System Administration of customer head end system.
• Helpdesk Support / Telephonic Customer Service.
• Respond to application related issues.
• Planned routine maintenance of Access Control & CCTV applications.
• Day to day operations maintenance and support.
• Monitoring of activities, planned system audits or health checks.

Skills

Experience with Enterprise Level Electronic Security Systems

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent communication skills to peers and clients

Able to assess reported issues and rectify

Able to work with remote connectivity tools

Experience with ticketing systems

Network Diagnostics

Understanding of data protection and GDPR
