Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Healthcare Broking across Retail & Wholesale clients.
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and mentor Brokers.
  • Strong market relationships with key insurers and underwriters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Healthcare Brokers.
  • Manage and grow a varied portfolio of Healthcare clients.
  • Confidently place large and complex healthcare risks.

Skills

Healthcare Broking experience
Managing, coaching, or mentoring Brokers
Strong relationships with insurers
Confidence placing large or complex risks
Personal book of business
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CII)
Client relationship management
Negotiation skills
Commercial acumen
