We are now seeking a highly capable and motivated fee earner to join our flagship Marylebone Prime & Superprime sales team.This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced property professional at Associate or Partner level to take on a key role within one of London’s most prestigious and dynamic residential markets.Working alongside a high-performing and well-established team, you will advise clients and manage the sale of some of London’s finest homes.**Key Responsibilities**• Manage day-to-day interactions with buyers, including arranging and conducting viewings and securing sales• Handle enquiries professionally across all channels – online, phone, and in person• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our internal systems• Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and colleagues• Win and manage instructions, delivering a first-class service to clients throughout the sales process• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of Knight Frank within the Marylebone market**About You**• Experienced residential agent at Associate or Director/Partner level, or a proven senior fee earner ready to step up• Proven track record of delivering strong sales results and closing deals• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach• Strong knowledge of the Marylebone and Prime Central London markets, trends, and values is advantageous• Experaince in working with Prime level listings would be highly advantageous• Ambitious, enthusiastic, and a genuine team playerIf you’re looking to take the next step in your career and thrive in a supportive and high-performing environment, we would be delighted to hear from you.
