Job summary

A leading re/insurance intermediary is seeking a Binder Technician to handle contract entries and transaction processing for the London office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with Binding Authority contracts and possess strong technical skills including Microsoft Office proficiency. Responsibilities include supporting Brokers with invoicing, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining reporting standards. This role requires a detail-oriented team player who thrives under pressure and is committed to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience processing Binding Authority contracts.
• Good working knowledge of London Market A&S procedures.
• Experience in processing entries for multiple territories.

Responsibilities

• Enter contracts and process transactions in the broker system.
• Support Brokers and Account Managers by producing invoices.
• Ensure timely processing of underwriter payments.
• Report on contract status to meet timelines.

Strong communication (written and verbal)
