A community support organization in Leeds seeks a Young Adults Worker for maternity cover to provide vital support to youth facing challenges around mental health and substance use. The ideal candidate will have youth work experience and the ability to engage meaningfully with young adults in various environments. This role includes case management, community promotion, and quality assurance responsibilities. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including annual leave and professional fee reimbursements.
Location: Leeds, citywide (driving licence required)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Contract Type: Maternity Cover until 18/09/2026
Salary: £25,110 – £32,090 per annum
Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role. Starting salaries depend on experience and progression within the band.

To work as part of the Forward Leeds Young Persons Team to deliver drug and alcohol related interventions for young people (up to 21 years or 24 years depending on vulnerability) across Leeds. Work delivered will be outreach so based in schools, colleges, Youth Justice Centres and Community Venues.
