**Young Adults Worker – Forward Leeds****Location:** Tower Court, Armley Rd, Armley, Leeds LS12 2LY (driving licence essential) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm **Contract Type:** Permanent **Salary:** £25,110 - £32,090 per annum*Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role. Together, we’ve created one of the largest mental health and social support charities in England.Every year, we support around 125,000 people through nearly 200 services – and it’s all made possible by our 3,500 brilliant staff and volunteers.**Make a real difference in your community****About the Role**To work as part of the Forward Leeds Young Persons Team to deliver drug and alcohol related interventions for young people (up to 21 years or 24 years depending on vulnerability) across Leeds. Work delivered will be outreach so based in schools, colleges, Youth Justice Centres and Community Venues. **Responsibilities:*** **Case Management:** Be the driving force behind the drug and alcohol treatment journeys of young adults. Conduct assessments, develop personalised care plans, and deliver interventions that truly make a difference.* **Community Promotion:** Amplify our services within the community by building strong relationships with local organisations. Empower young adults and their families through engaging education and awareness sessions.* **Quality Assurance**: Maintain the highest standards of care by implementing and adhering to service policies and procedures. Conduct thorough audits and keep meticulous records.**To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:*** **Youth Work experience with young people who are care or care leavers experienced or those with have lived independently:** We are looking for candidates with a solid foundation in working with young adults with complex needs.* **College or University Background:** If you have experience in college or university environments, it's a significant advantage!
