Job summary

A growing technology company is seeking a UX / UI Product Designer to take ownership of B2B product experiences. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years' experience in SaaS design and a strong portfolio showcasing their UX process. This role offers a hybrid work model in Milton Keynes with a competitive salary package of £35,000 to £40,000 and benefits including pension and holiday allowance. Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience designing complex B2B SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX process and shipped work.
• Excellent UX research skills (interviews, testing, heuristic reviews).
• Expert in Figma (or equivalent) and prototyping.
• Experience working with design systems and React teams.
• Solid understanding of accessibility and responsive design.
• Strong written communication and async working style.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise key B2B workflows (e.g. dashboard, analytics, alerts).
• Create journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma.
• Run user research and usability testing with enterprise customers.
• Iterate based on data and feedback.
