Qualifications

• Proven experience of working within a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Significant IT skills, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel at intermediate level.
• Experience of working within an Aerospace Manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with manufacturing cell leaders to improve process efficiencies.
• Implement lean manufacturing methods to reduce throughput times.
• Support manufacturing cells with their recording and analysis of production data.
• Lead and work in teams to develop process FMEA.
