This hybrid role involves maintaining high net worth client portfolios, processing new applications, and collaborating with Wealth Planners. Candidates should have financial services administration experience, preferably with knowledge of XPLAN. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. The primary purpose of the role is to work as part of a team to enable Succession Wealth Planners to maintain and assess a portfolio of high net worth clients. This is achieved through processing new business applications, tracking to completion, as well as liaising with Wealth Planners and Paraplanners. The role holder is also expected to ensure that our client information database is accurate at all times.
