If you thrive in a busy, multi‑disciplined environment and enjoy balancing accuracy with problem‑solving, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward. **What you’ll be doing** In this varied position, you’ll play a key part in keeping our finance operations running smoothly, including:* Processing financial transactions accurately using Sage Pro 200* Producing Debtors reports in Sage and Excel, and working closely with Heads of Department and Fee Earners to ensure timely collection of aged debts* Taking ownership of the credit control cycle and driving successful debt recovery* Liaising with Solicitors/Money Claim services when formal recovery action is required* Creating detailed Excel-based reports to support the Head of Finance with data analysis and decision‑making* Completing daily bank reconciliations on Sage* Handling incoming calls professionally and directing queries to the right colleagues* Providing support to the wider finance team whenever needed**We’re seeking someone who brings energy, accuracy and a positive attitude to everything they do.
