Motor Claims Advisor – Starting salary of £24,570 (dependent on skills and experience) plus benefits.

DLG is evolving, embracing new opportunities, with a focus on customer-centricity. Join us to develop your skills and reach your potential.

Standard contracts are 37.5 hours/week, with shift hours as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 21:00
  • Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Sunday: 10:00 – 17:00

Role responsibilities include:

Handling customer and supplier calls, addressing queries, providing empathetic support, making liability decisions, setting expectations, and managing the claims process. Opportunities to own the full claims process as the role evolves.

Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks.
  • Proactive team player eager to learn and support colleagues.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and high-quality work.
  • Solid IT skills, experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Open to innovation and contributing ideas.
  • Contact centre experience preferred.
  • Driving license and UK driving experience beneficial but not essential.
