An award-winning charity is looking for experienced, compassionate Support Workers to join their team in Keighley. You will provide personalized, person-centred support to individuals, focusing on improving their independence and well-being. The ideal candidates will have prior care experience, be over 25 years old, and hold a full UK Driving Licence. Enhanced pay rates are offered for weekends and bank holidays, alongside a comprehensive training program and various benefits.
From £12.27 per hour (enhanced rates for weekends/nights/bank holidays)

The person we support enjoys going to the theatre, walking, and going on trips out in the car. They’re looking for support workers who can share their interests, and who can support and encourage their independence in everyday life.

Although you will primarily be based within this package, there will be an expectation to work at services across our Skipton Locality as required.
