# Regional Finance Manager## Job IntroductionJob DescriptionGleeson Homes is seeking a Regional Finance Manager to play a central role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and clarity of financial reporting across our Regional business. This position is well‑suited to someone who thrives on collaboration, brings strong technical capability, and enjoys working closely with operational teams to support informed decision‑making.You’ll work alongside colleagues across Finance and the wider business, supporting the Regional Head of Finance in delivering high‑quality financial outputs and providing insight that helps drive performance.
