The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination of marketing tasks and projects, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders deliver according to agreed timescales and costs.

What you’ll do:
  • Support with administrative tasks in marketing campaigns, proofread marketing literature, and conduct all logistics coordination.
  • Update the project management tool to ensure all projects are input, up to date, and on track.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure materials are completed or received on time.
  • Partner with the sales teams and take a lead in hosting and coordinating events, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial objectives.
What you’ll bring:
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, coordinator or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable marketing experience is advantageous, but at least an interest in marketing is required.
  • Prior data entry experience and basic understanding of Excel.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with little guidance.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise high volume and varying tasks.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
