Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management delivery and construction site work.
• Demonstrable field engagement in sites and workshop.
• Good knowledge of performance management techniques and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the HSE organisation within the New Builds Projects team.
• Lead the HSE team to ensure progress on HSE and nuclear safety actions.
• Plan and oversee internal and supplier audit programs.

Skills

Working experience and strong knowledge of relevant ISO standards

Lead auditor for ISO14001, 45001

IOSH / NEBOSH safety certificate

Experience in Accident / Incident Investigation

Experience in highly regulated industries

Good knowledge of CDM regulation

Excellent team working skills

Resilient - able to bounce back from challenges
