A financial services firm in Exeter is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support Investment Managers. You will manage client records, process payments, and handle communications with clients and managers. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, attention to detail, and is adaptable. You’ll be part of a small team who provide admin support to our Investment Managers. You’ll help to set up and process payments and create and maintain client records. You’ll deal with calls and emails from clients and Investment Managers and ensure that they all get dealt with promptly.
With the confidence to speak up and ask questions, you’ll ensure that everyone is kept up to date and has all the information they need.
You’ll be IT and system savvy, and aware of deadlines and the need to prioritise. Working with your team, you’ll deliver a first class service, helping to ensure the smooth running of our business.
We work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
This role will be based from our office in central Exeter with hybrid working available after successful completion of your training period.
