Job summary

A leading e-fulfilment company in the UK is seeking a creative Social Media & Branding Coordinator to drive its marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing strategies for LinkedIn and YouTube, producing engaging content, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in social media management and is fluent in English, with additional languages a plus. This role offers a monthly salary starting from €3,600 gross and the opportunity for hybrid work in the BENELUX region.

  • Execute paid social campaigns and collaborate closely with Sales.
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze performance data for online improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for collaborations with external partners.

In this position, you are the strategic creator of our online brand. You are fully responsible for the direction of our channels and have the freedom to transform innovative ideas into campaigns that fuel our European growth. While you won’t be managing a team, you will be the subject matter expert and the director who determines how the world perceives Active Ants.

  • Monthly Salary: From €3,600 gross (based on 40h, excl. 8% holiday pay).

You will be part of our marketing team, a close-knit and enthusiastic team of seven marketing and communication professionals. Within this team, you play a crucial role in supporting the Dutch commercial team to achieve their growth objectives. Together, we ensure potential customers become familiar with our comprehensive fulfilment and logistics solutions, from innovative automation to complete logistics services. You contribute to strong lead generation and ensure that the sales team always has access to qualified leads and commercial support. You work closely with both marketing and sales, making you an indispensable link between the two teams and giving you a direct impact on our commercial results.

  • Strategy & Management: You develop the strategic roadmap for LinkedIn and YouTube and manage our community daily through active engagement.
  • Content Creation: You produce high-quality content—from articles and videos to visuals—specifically tailored to the B2B logistics and 3PL market.
  • Brand Awareness: You ensure brand consistency across all channels (digital, print, events) and coordinate our international content calendar.
  • Lead Generation: You execute paid social campaigns and collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to showcase compelling case studies and service features.
  • Analysis & Optimization: You monitor KPIs and analyze performance data to continuously improve our online results and impact.
  • Partnerships: You act as the primary point of contact and driving force behind collaborations with external partners, such as agencies, designers, and photographers.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in social media management, digital marketing, or branding (preferably B2B/Logistics).
  • Skills: Strong storytelling, copywriting, and LinkedIn marketing expertise.
  • Tools: Familiarity with design, scheduling, and analytics tools.
  • Mindset: A balance between creativity and data-driven decision-making.
  • Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a strong advantage.
