Qualifications

• Registered with the GMC and in good standing with the Royal College of Psychiatrists for CPD.
• Appropriate experience for the specialty being applied for.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric and external assessments for clients referred to the unit.
• Prepare discharge summaries and associated documentation.
• Participate in Clinical Governance activities.
• Support the GP in delivering physical health care.
• Contribute to service development through audits and research.

Skills

Experience in working in Mental Health

GMC Registration and licence to practice

Appraisal or RITA in the last year

Education

MBBS or equivalent
