We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Head Chefwith a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen.This role will be supporting the Executive Chef in the overall kitchen operations for the hotel.

The ideal candidate for the Head Chef role will:

• Be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare
• Highly confident in kitchen operations, food safety standards, food costing and people management
