Department: Project Management
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: London
Reporting To: Vishaka Chitgopkar
You will proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to successfully deliver customer-facing, business-critical projects.
Working closely with the PoloWorks senior management team and a Senior Project Manager, you will help plan and lead change initiatives that deliver clear business outcomes, with a strong focus on implementing new solutions for our customers. This is a highly customer-facing role, requiring the ability to operate as both a trusted advisor on key projects and a hands-on delivery lead who can drive progress and turn plans into action.
This position is centred on working with business workstreams and external customers. It is not an IT project delivery role.
The role is based in the PoloWorks London office, with an expectation of working onsite two to three days per week, alongside occasional travel to the Polo Cheltenham office.
Candidates must have demonstrable knowledge and experience of the Lloyd’s of London insurance market, or experience within a similarly complex, highly regulated industry.
As well as a competitive salary, discretionary annual bonus, and a minimum 24 days of annual leave (with the option to buy more), you will also get an excellent benefits package, including flexible, hybrid working, private health insurance, life assurance, income protection, enhanced pension contributions, and occupational maternity and paternity pay.
You will also have access to company volunteering days, an Electric Vehicle (EV) leasing scheme, an employee assistance programme with retail discounts and savings, a generous employee referral scheme and regular sports and social events. Benefits Band 4
