Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and tooling.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and technology transformation.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as CRISC or ISO 31000.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Curiosity and analytical skills to connect complex information.
