Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Maintenance Manager or Assistant Manager in hospitality.
• Good knowledge of hotel maintenance and IT systems.
• Desirable knowledge of plant maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of hotel's preventive maintenance programme.
• Manage and monitor all utilities for effective operation.
• Act as Health and Safety representative for the building.
• Maintain and update Health & Safety folders.
• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance team members.

What we expect from you

Responsibilities

• Ensure the execution of hotel's preventive maintenance programme


• Manage and monitor all utilities and ensures its effective operation


• Being the Health and safety representative for the building


• Maintain and update H & S folders and carry out internal audit to ensure compliance


• Ensure all daily maintenance and future refurbishment works are carried out efficiently, within budget, to the highest standard
