Role Purpose

The Operations Director (Integrator) owns theday-to-day running of Clarity Wealth Limited.

The role exists to ensure the business operates smoothly, predictably and at pace — preventing problems where possible, resolving issues quickly when they arise, ensuring data is understood and acted upon, processes are followed consistently, and people are held accountable,without reliance on the Founder for operational decisions.

Due to the hands-on and collaborative nature of the role, this position ispredominantly office-based, with the option to work from homeone day per week subject to business requirements.

  • Issues are identified early and resolved decisively
  • Client journeys are predictable and high quality
  • Processes are followed and continuously improved
  • Founder operational involvement is materially reduced
  • Understand the operational, regulatory and client-service demands of a professional advice business
  • Enjoy being part of acollaborative, office-based team environmentand value visibility, communication and shared accountability
  • Have experience of, or a strong working understanding of,running a business on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), including Rocks, scorecards, priorities and issue resolution
  • Be comfortable operating with autonomy, authority and accountability in a growing firm
  • Growth focussed and keen to work and thrive in a team

  • This is asenior leadership role, not an administrative position
  • Strong presence in the office is essential due to the nature of the work
