A leading residential care provider is seeking a Social Care Worker in Gosport. Dibden View is a purpose-built, detached property, which opened in 2016, is located just a few minutes from Fareham and Gosport, and supports nine people with mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, personality disorder, anxiety and PTSD. The residents are a mix of men and women aged from their mid 30s to early 60s. The home has a welcoming, family feel. Everyone is respectful and supportive of each other’s progress. The team of experienced care workers provides person-centred support on a 24-hour basis, helping each individual to progress at their own pace. All residents have an individual schedule of tailored activities to help them develop skills and confidence. Dibden also offers in-house positive behaviour support alongside on-going education, employment, leisure and social opportunities.
