Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a Customer Facing or Account Management role, preferably business to business.
• Previous experience managing large scale customer projects and their operational requirements.
• Experience in a heavily SLA driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all data and communication related to allocated clinical trial project.
• Work with internal colleagues to ensure equipment and services are delivered timely.
• Resolve Customer Complaints and Escalations.
