• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Estimator within groundworks, civil engineering, or wider construction sectors.
• Proven capability in estimating across housing, infrastructure, and commercial schemes.
• Strong understanding of groundworks, infrastructure, and NEC4 contract principles.

• Review and assess tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to identify project scope.
