• Clean both back and front-of-house, ensuring the unit is clean and tidy.
• Perform general front of house duties such as operating the till and cash handling.
• Make hot and cold drinks and serve food on the food counters, adhering to Food Safety regulations.

A day in the life of a Food Service Assistant:

• You will be preparinggraband gofoods, such as sandwiches, wraps and paninis.
• You will be cleaning both back and front-of-house, ensuring the unit is clean and tidy before,during,and after service.
• General front of house duties such asoperatingthe till and cash handling, keeping financial records, providing excellent customerservice,and serving customers.
• Making hot and cold drinks and serving foodon the food counters, ensuring you arealways adhering to Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations.
