Qualifications

• 5-10 years' demonstrable experience working on complex architectural projects.

• Comfortable working independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural design work across project lifecycles.
• Manage design co-ordination and interface resolution across disciplines.
• Produce, analyse and specify materials and design solutions.

Skills

RIBA Part 3 qualification or CIAT accreditation

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations

Experience with BIM coordination software
