Location: Chancery / Pastoral Center, Winona. Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt. Reports to: Chief Finance Officer / Chief Finance & Administrative Officer.

The role provides confidential assistance to the CFO/CAO and Director of Human Resources, contributing to the effective day‑to‑day operations at the Diocese Chancery location.
Ability to perform multiple tasks under deadlines, sit for extended periods, lift 10+ pounds, and regularly use a computer and standard office equipment. Occasional schedule flexibility may be required.
