THE DETAILS:

Job Title: Campaign and Operations Lead
Department: Talent & Creator
Reports to: Senior Director of Talent & Creator
Responsible for: Team of 3
Hours: Full time, permanent
Location: Manchester, Northern Quarter. We operate a Hybrid working policy of ideally minimum 3 days in Manchester HQ per week.

THE ROLE:

As the Campaign & Operations Lead at Ear To The Ground, you will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, consistently and at the highest standard across the Talent & Creator function. You will own the day-to-day organisation, flow and resourcing of campaigns across the Talent & Creator team

This role exists to protect senior time, enforce process and ensure the right people are working on the right tasks at the right time. You will oversee campaign timelines, manage resource allocation across live and upcoming work, identify delivery risks early and act as the first point of escalation when issues arise.

Working closely with senior Talent leadership, you will embed clear operating rhythms, maintain visibility across all negotiations and deliveries and ensure agreed SLAs and stage gates are consistently followed. You will also play a key role in developing Managers and Executives, supporting professional development, performance consistency and progression planning within the team.

You will be instrumental in helping the Talent & Creator team scale sustainably, moving the function from reactive delivery to a structured, repeatable operating model that supports best-in-class campaigns across sport, gaming and entertainment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own the day-to-day organisation and delivery of Talent & Creator campaigns, ensuring work moves smoothly from brief through to delivery

  • Manage timelines, dependencies and resourcing across multiple campaigns, proactively identifying and resolving risks

  • Act as the central point of coordination between Talent, Creative, Strategy, Production and Client Services

  • Ensure agreed processes, SLAs and approval stages are followed consistently across all campaigns

  • Maintain visibility across live and upcoming work, enabling better planning and workload balance

  • Support senior Talent leadership by removing operational coordination from their remit

  • Embed clear operating rhythms, tools and ways of working to improve efficiency and delivery quality

  • Support the development and progression of Managers and Executives within the team

CORE REPSONSIBILITIES:
  • Campaign Operations & Delivery

Own the operational delivery of Talent & Creator campaigns, ensuring projects run smoothly from briefing through to execution. Oversee timelines, logistics, dependencies and internal coordination to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the required standard.

  • Workflow, Tracking & Reporting

Maintain oversight of campaign progress, tracking key milestones, deliverables and risks. Ensure reporting requirements are met, contractual obligations are tracked and campaign outputs align with agreed objectives and messaging.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Research & Insight, Fan Intelligence, Performance and Tracking teams to ensure campaigns are set up correctly and supported throughout delivery. Act as the central coordination point to keep teams aligned and informed.

  • Process & Quality Control

Ensure agreed processes, approval stages and SLAs are followed consistently. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in delivery and support continuous improvement of ways of working.

  • Escalation & Risk Management

Proactively identify delivery risks or resourcing challenges and act as the first point of escalation, resolving issues before they impact clients or campaign outcome.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal successful candidate will have:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to build clear trackers, reports and presentations

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage and maintain strong internal and external relationships

  • Confident written and verbal communication, with experience coordinating across cross-functional teams

Bonus skills:

  • Working knowledge of social and creator performance metrics and how they impact different commercial and brand outcomes

  • Solid understanding of influencer and creator campaign tracking, with the ability to support analysts in monitoring performance against key metrics

  • Experience working across Monday.com
