Job summary

A well-established public sector organisation seeking a People Administrator in Birmingham. This hybrid role involves providing high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing documentation, maintaining data, and liaising with managers. The position requires strong administrative experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a temporary position for 3 months at a rate of £14.03 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative experience and able to work on own initiative.
  • Proven ability to manage workload and multiple tasks.
  • Ability to operate computerized database systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain attention to detail and manage high volumes of work.
  • Support the People Team with note taking and data maintenance.
