Location: Diageo, Banbeath, Leven, Fife, KY8 5HD
Salary: £16.15 per hour
Working Hours: 33.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility
Contract Type: Permanent

What you’ll do

• Support and deputise for the Head Chef, leading the kitchen in their absence
• Assist in planning and delivering a consistent, high-quality food offer
• Ensure food safety and allergen standards are met and maintained
• Provide mentoring and direction to junior kitchen staff
• Contribute to menu planning, stock control, and kitchen efficiency
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

What you bring

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
• Trained to Sous Chef level or above
• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach
• High standards of food preparation and presentation
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures
• Desirable qualifications: NVQ, SVQ in professional cookery, City & Guilds or diploma
