• 7+ years of experience in building and operating production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small engineering team focusing on output quality and delivery pace.
• Spend significant time hands-on with Ruby on Rails and contribute to React Native.
• Mentor engineers with active coaching and feedback.
