• Ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards, maintaining safety protocols at all times
• Manage customer communications effectively, providing clear updates on service progress and timelines
• Conduct equipment inspections and provide detailed reports on service performed and future maintenance recommendations
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on equipment performance for continuous improvement
