Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 5–8 years' post-qualification experience in the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating power purchase agreements and connection agreements.
• Familiarity with data centre operations and energy transition issues preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions in a fast-moving international environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate renewable and conventional power purchase agreements and energy supply arrangements.
• Support development and sales teams on data centre projects focusing on power procurement.
• Monitor energy market regulations and policy developments impacting operations.
• Lead or support energy infrastructure investment projects including due diligence and risk analysis.
• Develop and maintain standard form agreements and guidance for contracting.
• Instruct and manage external counsel on cross-border or specialist matters.
