Your role

As a Technician at Vines, you will play a crucial role in providing high‑quality maintenance and repair services for BMW and MINI vehicles. No weekends. Uncapped bonus up to £50,000 OTE.

Salary ranges: Service Technician (Non Brand / ATA): £35,500‑£41,200 (OTE). Accredited BMW Service Technician: £41,000‑£45,000. BMW Accredited Senior: £45,000‑£50,000.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and technical issues on our vehicles.
• Diagnose and carry out repairs effectively and efficiently within manufacturers’ servicing and repair times.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles according to BMW standards.
• Advise and report on vehicle and parts faults and servicing requirements noticed while working on vehicles, including future servicing repair requirements.
• Look for ways to identify future customer cost savings by recommending preventative maintenance and appropriate vehicle expenditure.

Your profile

• Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• City & Guilds qualification or other adequate qualifications.
• 1 year of experience in the diagnosis and/or servicing, maintenance, and repair of motor vehicles.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
