Package Description

Residential Support Worker

SALARY:

£3,000 to £6,000 sleep- in allowance pa. (£62.64 per sleep-in, working approx. 6-8 sleep ins per monthp>

Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week

Job Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required and experience in a residential setting

We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join us at our new High Intensity home for young people with a variety of backgrounds. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop.

The role can be emotionally challenging and you could be handling difficult situations BUT you could be the person to change a life for the better.
