Job summary

A leader within the nuclear industry is seeking a Payroll Coordinator at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater. In this full-time role, you will ensure accurate payroll coordination for blue-collar personnel, contribute to employee wellbeing, and maintain strong industrial relations. Qualifications

  • Demonstrable competency through assessment/interview.
  • Managing high volumes of weekly timesheets.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate payroll coordination for blue-collar workforce.
  • Act as the MEH focal point for on-site payroll.
  • Resolve pay queries efficiently.
  • Collate time and attendance records.

Skills

Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent Excel and data analysis ability
Experience managing multiple payrolls
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Clear and confident communication

Education

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
