This isn't order-taking—it's strategic, consultative selling to sophisticated traders and investors.Own a portfolio of premium clients, grow their engagement across our product suite (CFDs, spread betting, crypto, options, investments), and earn significant performance-based compensation as you build your book.**Our Premium Client Management approach:** We're transitioning from generic relationship management to specialised, output-focused roles. Sales-focused Client Managers like you will have smaller books, higher earning potential, and clear accountability for revenue generation.# **What you'll do*** **Prospect & Convert**: Build robust sales pipeline, convert prospects through consultative selling* **Client Engagement**: Multi-channel outreach (phone, video, digital) tailored to client sophistication* **Product Education**: Deliver demos, webinars, and interactive content that demonstrates value* **Market Intelligence**: Leverage market events and volatility for strategic client conversations* **Revenue Optimisation**: Track conversion metrics, product adoption rates, and revenue per client* **Seamless Transitions**: Conduct warm handoffs to the Client Service team with comprehensive client intelligence* **Performance Management**: Monthly book reviews with Team Leader for continuous improvement# **What you'll need for this role****You'll stand out if you have:*** Experience in sales, financial services, fintech, or B2B client acquisition* Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in competitive environments* Understanding of financial markets and trading products* Experience working in regulated financial environments* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field**But these aren't barriers.** We care more about demonstrated capability than credentials.
