Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding TPA services while upholding Treating Customers Fairly principles.
• Manage claims from first notification to settlement, analysing coverage and liability.
• Build strong relationships with policyholders and brokers to enhance customer experience.
• Guarantee prompt, accurate reserving and minimize claims leakage.
• Support the Emerging Risks Claims Manager and provide feedback on claims trends.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confident grasp of insurance policy wordings

Experience with ECF

Education

CII qualification (or working towards it)
