• 10+ years of experience in Software Development with Microsoft technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering and business analysis.

Skills

Proven Software Development experience using Microsoft technologies

Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies

Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms

Experience maintaining and supporting software solutions

Understanding of OOP fundamentals and design patterns
