We are looking for an Analyst to join our London office at Futures. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with both the Tech team and client-facing teams, supporting the delivery of media and sponsorship analytics projects. The role is highly challenging and will require strong analytical skills, creativity in translating complex insights into clear and compelling client reports, and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. You will contribute to the optimisation of processes and analytical workflows, identifying efficiencies and driving continuous improvement, while also developing and working with advanced computer vision models to support data-driven insights. This is an opportunity to work directly with clients, apply cutting-edge technology, and play a key role in shaping scalable, high-impact analytical solutions.

We feel strongly about developing our talent and have a great record of employees progressing within the company. Progression is supported through structured training as well as both formal and informal support from the team. We offer regular team days, hybrid working, and a great benefits scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • • Analysing, designing, and optimising end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across systems and workflows
  • • Managing and analysing data to then deliver bespoke commercial insights to our clients
  • • Creating reports and presenting the findings to clients, including recommendations and the business implications of the analysis
  • • Managing client expectations and internal stakeholders
  • • Immersing yourself in the world of sport, data and business to add value to the team and our clients
Must Have Skills
  • • 2+ years of relevant research, data analysis, management consulting and/or sports business experience
