Qualifications

• Previous operational and/or strategic leadership experience.
• Experience managing relationships with consultants and contract partners.
• Technical and asset management experience in Clean Water.

Responsibilities

• Support Risk Management for major project delivery.
• Manage Concept and Definition phase for major projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Skills

Knowledge of Asset Management principles

Understanding of Clean Water treatment processes

Financial awareness of AMP plan

Experience in performance investigations

Ability to influence change

Experience with consultants

Education

HNC level or equivalent in engineering/science
