Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via email and phone.
• Provide technical proposals with Estimators and Design Engineers.
• Communicate quotations and respond to customer queries.
• Track live quotes and negotiate to convert them into orders.
• Set up new projects on ERP system and handle invoicing.
