Our client is recruiting multiple Civil Design Engineers (Water) to support major long‑term UK water industry programmes. You will work on wastewater and clean water infrastructure projects, contributing to optioneering, outline design, and detailed design for large‑scale capital delivery programmes improving river health and environmental outcomes.
This role sits within a major, long‑term water industry programme focused on improving river health and upgrading wastewater infrastructure across the North West of England. The programme spans multiple years and involves large‑scale capital delivery projects aimed at reducing pollution, increasing network resilience, and delivering sustainable environmental improvements. Engineers working on the programme contribute to optioneering, design development, and delivery of solutions based on best value, lowest carbon impact, and whole‑life cost. It offers long‑term stability, exposure to high‑profile infrastructure schemes, and the opportunity to play a direct role in improving waterways and local communities.
Our client is a well‑established engineering consultancy delivering asset management, operational strategy, and infrastructure design services to major UK water companies. They work across multiple long‑term programmes nationwide and are heavily invested in sustainable water solutions, carbon reduction, and environmental protection.
