Qualifications

• Experience handling a diverse caseload including Professional Indemnity, Cyber, and Management Liability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of claims from notification through to settlement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and key partners.
• Collaborate closely with underwriting and contribute to team projects.
