Job summary

An educational provider in Children’s Care is looking for an Apprenticeship Assessor in Lincoln. Qualifications

• Proven experience assessing or supporting apprentices or learners, including End Point Assessment (EPA).
• Ability to adapt teaching delivery to meet a range of learner needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 40 apprentices and provide tailored teaching support.
• Deliver engaging learning sessions employing both face-to-face and digital methods.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide developmental feedback.
