Overview

Intellica is looking for an experienced Senior Pension Administrator to join our dedicated pensions team for a fixed-term contract of 12 months. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and will provide opportunities to expand on existing skills and potential to progress within the company at the end of the fixed term.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of pension schemes to ensure compliance with legislation and client requirements.
• Manage pension transactions, including retirements, transfers, and member queries.
• Mentor and assist junior team members in their professional development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pensions administration, ideally in a senior role.
• Strong understanding of pensions legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in pension administration software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Experience in mentoring or leading a team is desirable.
• All successful candidates will be required to go through the Security Clearance (SC) process.
• Candidates must be able to attend an interview day in-person, at the Liver Building, on Saturday 31st January.
• Sponsorship is not available for this role. All candidates must have lived in the UK for 5 years and have the right to work in the UK.
