Accordia Care is seeking motivated Mental Health Support Workers to join its supported living service in Epsom, Surrey. This full‑time role offers competitive pay, paid training, career progression, and Tier 2 sponsorship for eligible candidates living locally.

Job Summary

Mental Health Support Workers provide person‑centred care for adults with forensic mental health backgrounds, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and autism. The role involves supporting service users in their homes, enabling them to live meaningful lives within their community.
